Pneumatic Split-Frame (Clamshell) Pipe Cold Cutting

Saudi Hydro operates three complete sets of pneumatic split-frame (clamshell) cold cutting machines, capable of cutting and beveling pipes up to 60 inches in diameter.

These portable systems are engineered for pipeline tie-ins, repairs, and isolation works, providing highly accurate, spark-free cutting in operational or hazardous areas

Waterjet Cutting for Large-Diameter Pipes

For heavy-duty and oversized applications, Saudi Hydro employs high-pressure waterjet cutting systems for large-diameter pipe cutting and dismantling.

Our equipment can cut pipes up to 3 meters in diameter, providing unmatched accuracy and safety when dealing with high-wall or complex pipe structures.

Waterjet cutting is particularly suited for:

• Cutting large-diameter pipelines in refineries and petrochemical plants
• Isolating damaged or obsolete pipe sections without heat or sparks
